I gave Facebook a try. I really did…but it won’t work, for me at least.
First, it exposes me to the heavily deluded with no filtration. How do I choose which of their comments to read until it’s read? And unless I refute it, I will go away muted. Not my strong suit honestly. So I MUST refute it in that forum…which means everyone of the rest of the deluded masses join in on the fun. Each of them warm and cozy in their cubicles sipping latte’s, with nothing else to do except pounce on the one contradictory voice in the crowd.
So I had to trim it way back. Family, and friends that I actually like. Not associates or friends from 20 yrs ago that have changed immeasurably. I just don’t have the time or patience for it I suppose.
So, I will sit here, in my little corner and talk to myself. But that’s ok because I’m the most interesting person I know.

The 75 lawmakers who voted “no” and two who voted “present” were all Democrats.
So what *WOULD* you have to do for these representatives to vote against your organization. Wait, I think I just figured it out. Be Conservative. But there is a glimmer of hope across the aisle…
But at least one Democrat who did vote to strip funding, Rep. Zack Space of Ohio, said he was “outraged” by a series of videos taken by two undercover filmmakers dressed up as a pimp and a prostitute in order to get advice at local ACORN establishments on how to set up a brothel in a way that allowed them to pay taxes and get federal grants for housing.
“I am outraged at the actions of ACORN’s employees and believe they should be penalized to the full extent of the law,” said Space. “Our government must be vigilant in ensuring that organizations that are found to act fraudulently do not receive taxpayer dollars.”
Good man Rep. Space!

ACORN Fires 2 After ACORN Fires 2 After Hidden-Camera Footage Aired – ABC News.
I searched CNN, MSNBC and ABC New for the ACORN story. All three had varying degrees of coverage, but the worst BY FAR was ABC. What an ABSOLUTE joke! It is buried, you have to search for it, and then it’s only about 150 words, max. It misses all the points, and clearly intends to cast ACORN in the light of a victim here.
This is truly disgraceful. Better hurry up, because I am sure they will delete the entire article before too long.

Wow, and as quickly as I start to like something about the President, I am reminded about his affiliations.
This is beyond sickening and shows the deepset problems within our country. ACORN has the ear of our President, and are engaged in these kinds of actions. I am dumbfounded by this report.
I sincerely thought people were over reacting, I see now that I was under reacting and they are completely correct.
This organization needs to be shut down.
